Floyd Valley Medical Complex

McHan Construction, Inc. was the General Contractor under a single prime contract for two projects at the Floyd Valley Medical Complex in LeMars, Iowa.

The first project was a 34,000 S.F. addition to the Hospital and 13,500 S.F. of renovation which comprised such areas as Physical Therapy, Business Office, Emergency/Outpatient including Ambulance Garage, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology Expansion and Cardio-Pulmonary. 

The second project was a 28,000 S.F. Professional Medical Clinic with a connecting link to the Hospital.  A physician’s clinic was negotiated in a major change order.  This was a renovation project which included complete tear off of existing roof structure.
