Palo Alto Hospital Addition & Remodel

McHan Construction, Inc. was the General Contractor under a Construction Manager contract with the Palo Alto Hospital for the Phase 2 Addition and Remodel Project. The first phase of this project was the construction of a 34,000 S.F. addition to the hospital which includes a new clinic. The next phase was remodeling 19,000 S.F. of existing hospital in four separate phases to allow the Hospital continual operations of all departments.

A major renovation of the existing Surgery and OB, along with a finish of an uncompleted space, was negotiated on a GMP basis and handled as a Change Order to the contract.
