Chris Hansen Construction/McHan Construction, as Construction Manager/General Contractor, completed the Siouxland Ice Center in a  Partnering with FEH Associates and the Siouxland Youth Hockey Association.  The drawings were released in different phases in order to expedite the ordering of critical long-lead material.  This 35,000 square foot facility was constructed in five months. 

This design build project was successfully completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
